How is my cocktail garnish made?

Our product is made of 100% Fruit.

Our Cocktail Garnishes go through a slow dehydration process (24 hrs) on a very low temperature to maintain flavor and color. We use commercial stainless steel dehydrators for the best result.

When the dehydration period is over, our Cocktail Garnishes are still full in color and rich in aroma.
